Branded journals, workbooks, and other tangible resources are available through our online store and shipped to your address.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

To request a refund for a scheduled session, please contact us via our contact form at least 7 days before the session date. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original method of payment. You may reschedule the session once without extra fee if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for refund due to preparatory commitments.

5.2 Digital Information Products

Due to immediate access to content, requests for credit must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be granted only if less than 10% of the materials have been accessed. Credits may be applied toward future offerings. After this period, refunds are not available to protect intellectual property and platform integrity.

5.3 Physical Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out via our contact form within 5 days of delivery. Upon confirmation of damage, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 14 days. You may need to ship the product back to our address at your own cost, and SpiritEcon will cover shipping for the replacement.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain specialized retreats and advanced mentoring packages are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase due to exclusive resource allocation and logistical arrangements required for your personalized experience.
